Horse Owners

We are ideally placed for horse riding with one end of the North Lancashire Bridleway literally on our doorstep. The bridleway runs from Chipping to Caton just south of Carnforth.

We have one large stable suitable for one to two horses. There is also access to grazing in our alpacas field. There is also an enclosed area to store a small horse box. Please ring for further information.

Please note livery is on a strictly DIY basis you will have to bring or purchase locally your own feed and bedding (we can provide details of local merchants).

The North Lancashire Bridleway

The bridleway runs for 45km across a mixture of surfaced tracks, unsurfaced fields and quiet lanes. Clear way marking and user - friendly gates makes this the perfect ride. The ride runs through some of the most breathtaking scenery in the Country, taking in the verdant, fertile lands of the Lune Valley and traversing the wild Bowland fells.
